Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of construction groundworks
• Completion of H&S Duties & responsibilities
• Completion of plant & tool inspections
• Concise material call offs
• Forecasting material requirement against programmes
• Managing operative & allocations of work tasks
• Working to and managing programmes
• Working with Client Site Agent
• Supervise safe and qualified use of plant and machinery
• Induction of new operatives on site
• Completion of permits to dig
• Undertaking toolbox talks
• On-site documentation control
• Efficient hired-in plant management
• Progress reporting to Contract Managers
• Undertaking site briefings
• Attending / Organising site meetings
• Service/Utilities awareness
